Job Summary: Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki Bar is seeking an energetic, fast-moving Food Runner to help maintain smooth service between the kitchen and dining areas. This is a crucial role in our high-volume, waterfront restaurant. You must move with purpose, communicate clearly, and ensure dishes reach guests quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities: • Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately • Maintain communication with expo and kitchen staff • Understand table numbers, sections, and floor layout • Assist with clearing and resetting tables during busy shifts • Ensure food presentation and quality before leaving the kitchen • Help maintain cleanliness and organization at service stations • Support servers and team members when needed

Requirements: • Ability to carry trays and move quickly • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Evening, weekday, weekend, and holiday availability

Preferred Qualities: • Previous runner or restaurant experience • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Able to handle high-volume rushes
