About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join our expanding team In this critical role, you will be a pivotal technical partner for our customers throughout the entire customer journey—from pre-sales technical support to onboarding, implementation, and continuous enablement. If you possess a versatile technical background, a knack for solving problems, and a genuine passion for ensuring customer success, we would love to hear from you

Areas of Focus:

• Infrastructure & DevOps: Profound expertise in infrastructure design, DevOps, software development, and performance analysis. Experience in integrating products into mission-critical environments, with fluency in SLAs, system design, and incident management.
• Systems & Network Processing: Specialization in network processing, data flows, device/system software design, and hardware integration. Background in high-performance middleware or analytical software.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Engagement & Enablement:
  • Guide customers during the onboarding process to ensure they are prepared and proficient in using our solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and create enablement materials customized for customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to optimize the value of our platform.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering best practices and solutions for common challenges.
• Technical Implementation & Support:
  • Provide hands-on support for solution setup and configuration within customer environments.
  • Assist with API and system integrations with existing customer infrastructures.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams to address complex problems.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and deployment challenges effectively.
• Pre-Sales Technical Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team, providing domain expertise and technical credibility.
  • Showcase technical capabilities and align solutions with customer needs during the sales process.
  • Design integration approaches and implementation plans for potential customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams.
  • Lighten the load on core engineering teams by managing customer-facing technical tasks.
  • Build responsive and dedicated customer relationships for long-term engagement.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong experience working with diverse technology stacks, demonstrating adaptability to new technologies.
• Robust coding skills in C++ and Python; understanding of solid software development principles.
• Awareness of the relationship between software and hardware performance (GPUs, CPUs, networking).
• Proficient in Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
• A genuine desire to support customers in achieving their goals, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills; prior experience in deep technical roles that engage with customers is essential.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with additional programming languages (e.g., PyTorch, Rust, Go).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of OpenStack and/or Slurm.
• Understanding of network operating systems and hardware (e.g., Arista, Cisco, Mellanox) and expertise in network engineering (especially switching).
• Familiarity with AI/HPC networking protocols (RoCE and/or InfiniBand).
• Experience in performance characterization and profiling for processors, memory systems, and networks.
• Background in kernel debugging.
• Experience with LLM deployments, even at a small scale.
• Grounding in infrastructure design, SLAs, system design, and incident response.
• Experience in Field Applications Engineering or a similar hardware-focused customer engineering role.
