- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
