Job Description
  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with healthcare construction regulations.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project needs.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays to maintain project progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent should have:
  • Proven experience in managing healthcare construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve construction-related challenges efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
