Are you searching for a rewarding part-time opportunity that keeps you active while earning extra income? We are looking for dedicated Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to maintain cleanliness in apartment communities and provide a welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community, transporting them to the on-site trash compactor using your open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping is required.
  • Utilize our mobile app on your smartphone to document service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos.
  • Engage in a physically active role that involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working in various weather conditions.

What You Can Expect:

  • Pay: Earn between $13.00 to $15.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting around 7:00 or 8:00 PM
  • Part-Time Work: 10-15+ hours per week
  • Convenient Locations: Assignments near your residence

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable vehicle: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (listing you as a covered driver)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
  • Smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
  • Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
