Job Description
Don Tester Ford is seeking an experienced and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop, has solid diagnostic skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality work. You’ll perform everything from routine maintenance to more complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including Ford models.
Job Type & Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating Saturdays
- Pay: $16 - $20/h depending on previous experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on customer and dealership vehicles

Complete routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake jobs, and tire rotations
-
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair timelines and recommendations
-
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols
-
Stay up to date with Ford training and certifications
-
Document all work performed in accordance with dealership procedures
Qualifications
-
2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
-
Ford or OEM certifications a plus
-
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands of shop work
