We are looking for a dependable Safety focused Assembler to join our growing team. This position is responsible for assembling and maintaining components, and equipment in manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, team oriented, and committed to producing quality work safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and maintain parts, piping, and components related to assigned work.
Operate tools and equipment used in welding and assembly, including welding machines, hand tools, and power tools.
Read and interpret prints or instructions accurately.
Inspect workpieces for quality and conformance to specifications.
Cut or dismantle metal assemblies using torches or plasma-arc equipment when needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Climb ladders or work on scaffolding as required.
Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
General Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Above-average communication and organizational skills.
Experience with piping and tester assembly, and basic bolting and torque tools preferred.
Must be a team player with a high level of dedication and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk up to 90% of the workday.
Occasional bending, squatting, climbing ladders or stairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to accurately judge distances, heights, and weights.
