Your expertise in utilization review, peer review, and compliance will be invaluable.

  • Investing in Our People: Lead the recruitment, training, mentorship, and evaluation of our medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. You'll provide crucial professional oversight for our advanced practice providers.
  • Shaping Policy and Practice: Collaborate with legal, compliance, and administrative teams to develop evidence-based policies that align with regulations and enhance operational efficiency while upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Financial Stewardship: Partner with the CEO and Board to develop and manage clinical operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization without compromising our commitment to quality care.
  • Elevating Patient Experience: You'll be a passionate advocate for patient-centered care, implementing initiatives that prioritize empathy, respect, transparency, and collaboration. Your focus on enhancing the entire patient journey will directly impact our community.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Represent our organization in industry forums, conferences, and community events, establishing thought leadership and fostering valuable partnerships that contribute to our continued growth.
  • Maintaining Clinical Connection: We value your clinical expertise This position offers the flexibility to combine your strategic CMO responsibilities with ongoing clinical practice, thus keeping you connected to the heart of patient care.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • An MD or DO degree with active Board Certification.
  • Preferred advanced degree such as an MBA or MHA.
  • A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a progressive healthcare leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical management, quality improvement, risk management, healthcare law, and patient satisfaction strategies.
  • An active professional license to practice medicine in Georgia or the ability to obtain.
  • A valid DEA registration.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and operational skills.
  • A deep-seated commitment to empathy and fostering a patient-centric culture.
