As part of Eataly's Finance Department, the Senior Treasury Analyst supports the development and maintenance process and procedures pertaining to Treasury Operations. A Senior Treasury Analyst focuses on cash management services, payment and liquidity services. Reports to the Treasury & Cash Operations Manager.
- Assists with monitoring and managing company's daily cash position
- Maintains the cash management functions, including cash pooling structures
- Coordinates the month-end bank reconciliation activities
- Performs daily audits on the stores cash operations, to identify and analyze any discrepancies in sales collection
- Assists with day-to-day Treasury related tasks and investigation and resolution of queries coming from both the stores and corporate departments
- Assists with development and implementation of Treasury SOPs, policies, operational controls and standards
- Assists the department in fulfilling all regulatory requirements and related reporting
- Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
- Reconciles fixed asset register to actual cashouts
- Support the execution of all treasury activities for the setup of new stores and locations
- Performs regular review of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Role is hybrid onsite at Eataly Corporate Headquarters
- Some travel as required
- 4+ years of experience in a treasury role
- Direct experience with American and Canadian banking systems preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics GP is considered a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers
- Ability to effectively communicate in order to ensure accurate cost and expense reporting
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
