Lynch Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a Clinic Director to lead our Severna Park location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a patient-centered practice known for its advanced expertise in orofacial pain, TMJ disorders, and headache treatment — a niche that’s in high demand and underserved nationwide. (Don’t worry — we’ll train you in this specialty if you’re not already experienced.)

What You’ll Do:
Lead clinic operations with a mix of patient care, mentorship, and management
Deliver high-quality and evidence-based physical therapy
Collaborate on clinic strategy, growth, and team development
Learn and integrate advanced training in orofacial/TMJ disorders (provided by us)
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland
3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Interest in leadership and clinic operations
Eagerness to learn new clinical skills (especially in orofacial pain/TMJ)
Someone who takes ownership, wants to grow, and brings positive energy to the team
