We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our expanding team in Albany, NY. This position plays a vital role in managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and representing our brand with professionalism and precision. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate projects efficiently.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies and deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns or materials.
  • Support the development of presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
  • Uphold the brand standards and values of Elevare Branding in every interaction.
