Our client, a leading organization in the medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry , is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team onsite in Irvine, CA. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA 92614 (FULLY ONSITE, LOCAL ONLY)

Pay Range: $28-35/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (NO C2C)

Job Function:

  • Oversee and execute updates to Bills of Materials (BOMs) to reflect necessary changes, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation across product lines.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive Phase In/Phase Out (PIPO) plans, coordinating inventory transitions and production schedules to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement scrap minimization strategies, track progress, and report on waste reduction efforts to optimize resource utilization.
  • Support production scheduling and procurement activities, managing purchase orders and ensuring a steady supply of materials during product transitions.
  • Conduct planning analyses to support decision-making, providing insights on inventory performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on supply chain planning, production scheduling, or procurement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, IMES, or Oracle; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and confidently.
