Customer Account Specialist

Location: Eagan, MN
Pay: $24-$29/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (100% onsite)
Type: Direct Hire
Job Summary

Seeking a Customer Account Specialist with strong experience in ERP/MRP systems, sales support, and accounting functions. This role involves customer account setup, invoice processing, portal management, and accounts receivable collections, while providing front desk support and backup for sales and accounting teams.
Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Generate and upload invoices to customer portals; manage multiple vendor portals.
  • Perform sales order entry, order tracking, and customer service support.
  • Assist with collections, accounts payable, and credit holds.
  • Answer phones and handle light receptionist duties.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience with ERP/MRP systems and sales/accounting data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Made-to-Manage MRP is a plus.
