Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented team of 3 - 5 developers, mentoring them in the design and development of complex applications tailored to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to implement innovative technical solutions across our front-end, back-end, and middleware platforms.

  • Stay ahead of industry standards by maintaining a keen understanding of best practices in IT and software development/architecture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in application development using languages such as Java, Angular, or JavaScript.

  • Proven track record with both custom application software development and packaged software implementations.
