Vertex Roofing - a trusted leader in commercial and residential roofing solutions - is looking for an experienced, hands-on Roofing Installer Supervisor to join our growing team in the Phoenix area.

About the Role

As a Roofing Installer Supervisor, you'll lead and oversee a crew of skilled roofing installers, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project completion. You'll coordinate daily operations, communicate with project managers and clients, and uphold Vertex Roofing's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate roofing installation crews on-site
  • Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
  • Manage materials, equipment, and schedules to meet deadlines
  • Train and mentor new installers and crew members
  • Communicate progress and issues to project managers
  • Enforce company safety standards and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of roofing installation experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, tile, TPO, metal, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
