About Our Client

Our client is a familyowned construction firm with 20+ years in business, known for designbuild, groundup, and tenantimprovement work across hospitality, retail, industrial, office, and specialty interiors. They've grown 15% yearoveryear, earned recognition as a Top Place to Work , and maintain a strong culture built on customer service, collaboration, and promoting from within. With 40+ employees and plans to double in size over the next three years, they're adding multiple PMs and Supers to support a growing pipeline of restaurant, brewery, fitness, hotel, and specialty interior projects up to $10M.

Job Description
  • Oversee all phases of restaurant and brewery construction projects, from planning through turnover.
  • Manage multiple fastpaced interiors and renovation projects across the South Shore and Greater Boston.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with repeat customers.
  • Utilize Procore for project documentation, tracking, and communication.
  • Partner closely with field teams, ensuring alignment between office and jobsite operations.
  • Support the company's growth by contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior staff.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5-10 years of experience running restaurant and/or brewery construction projects.
  • Strong background in interiors, renovations, and hospitalitydriven environments.
  • Ability to work 100% inoffice in West Bridgewater and travel to job sites as needed.
  • Proficiency with Procore and modern construction management tools.
  • Strong communication, clientfacing, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with groundup projects up to ~$25M is a plus but not required.
