Large FQHC MSG in Southcentral PA has an opening for a Pediatric Dentist *Must have a Pediatric Dentist Certification * Supportive working environment that promotes excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality care * Opportunity to join a busy, growing group of providers with a strong referral base * Practice offers a "small town feel" with the resources of a large health system * Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care * Provides direct primary care within the office setting* Collaborates with Dental Hygienists * EPIC EMR * Full-time outpatient position * Examine patients' medical records * Prepare patients for treatment (e.g. by applying oral sedation or anesthesia) * Check teeth, gums, and other parts of the mouth, along with X-rays and tests, to diagnose dental problems * Identify tooth decay and provide restorative care * Design and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and dentures & Conduct tooth extractions and root canal procedures Perform surgeries on diseased tissues and bones * Prescribe medication as needed * DDS/DMD Degree from an accredited School of Dentistry * Team-oriented with the ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes * Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania* Benefits: Competitive Based Compensation plus Incentive Program *Medical, Dental, Long * Term Disability and Life Insurance * Malpractice Coverage through FTCA * Professional Dues * CME Allowance ($3,000/ 40 hours a year) * Vacation, Sick, Holiday and CME Time* Defined Contribution Plan: 403(b) Retirement Program with a Company Match *Eligible for State and Federal Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus
