Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical office in Fountain Valley. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Viatnames and English, with excellent communication skills to assist a diverse patient base. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment schedules, handling phone calls, and processing patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and answer any questions regarding office policies or procedures.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Fluency in Vietnames and English.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
