What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with accounts in the assigned sales territory
  • Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services
  • Collaborate with team members to drive branch growth and success
  • Create and present strategic plans and internal business reviews to enhance sales and customer service
  • Promote and sell Arrows full range of offerings, leveraging in-depth industry knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of technical field sales experience
  • In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
  • Recent experience in the semiconductor or electromechanical sectors
  • Proven ability to articulate and execute complex sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as and Oracle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts
  • Strong understanding of pricing programs within the electronics industry
  • Enthusiastic and resilient attitude towards challenges
  • Experience interacting in technical and engineering environments
