Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (5x/ week onsite)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team for an 8-month project. This role involves working on building and enhancing processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and a passion for creating efficient and innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Proficient in ServiceNow with 8 years of hands-on experience
  • Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows and record producers
  • Strong background in writing Business Rules, Script Includes, and other server-side components
  • Ability to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both server-side and client-side)
  • Experience in performing test code written on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in writing highly performant web applications with an eye for detail
  • Experience in the HRSD module of ServiceNow
  • Strong documentation skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Work on building processes on ServiceNow
  • Lead projects and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all defects are fixed and the final product is ready for release
  • Work on radars and deliver them within project timelines
  • Highlight risks and concerns to client leads
  • Provide detailed deployment instructions and documentation of functionality
