2. Elizabethton, TN 37643 - Peds, G-tube - Wed-Fri days/evenings - 9:30-5:30p in summer, then 12p-8p - $24-$27/hr  
3. Elizabethton, TN 37643 - Adult, G-tube, Wound vac - Part-time days - 8am-4pm - LPN: $30-$35/hr, RN: $35-$40/hr  
4. Johnson City, TN 37601 - G-tube, Peds - 3/4 rotating - 7a-7p - $27-$28/hr  
5. Johnson City, TN 37601 - G-tube, Vent - Thu-Sun - 6p-6a - $30-$31/hr  
6. Kingsport, TN 37660 - G-tube - Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - 5:30a-3:30p - $27-$30/hr  
7. Kingsport, TN 37660 - G-tube - Sun-Sat - 6a-4p and 6p-11p - LPN: $33-$35/hr, RN: $35-$40/hr  
8. Unicoi, TN 37692 - G-tube, Adult - Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat - 6p-6a - $27-$30/hr
