Your Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Primary Care Clinic, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will assist in taking vital signs, performing routine medical tests, administering prescribed medications, and supporting patients with their healthcare needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and educating patients about their treatment plans and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have a valid South Carolina LPN license, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of an accredited practical nursing program. You should possess a solid understanding of nursing practices and procedures and have experience in a clinical or healthcare environment, preferably in a primary care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing excellent patient care and working effectively with the healthcare team.
