Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service department, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
2. Listen attentively to customers' concerns and questions regarding their vehicles, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
3. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments to identify service and repair needs, consulting with technicians as needed to determine recommended repairs.
4. Provide accurate and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates, timelines, and potential benefits to the customer.
5. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to schedule service appointments and confirm service details.
