You'll play a key role in guiding them to make informed decisions about their finances while building lasting relationships that will grow stronger each year. Your Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and friendliness, answering phones and welcoming them in an inviting manner.
- Assess client needs and connect them with the most suitable tax professional.
- Schedule appointments according to client preferences for maximum convenience.
- Ensure all client needs are expertly met during their service experience, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, collaborating with team members to optimize resources.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
- Background in customer service is highly valued.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various schedules or at different locations.
- Experience in sales or marketing.
