Seeking Patient Coordinator for a Dynamic New Dental Practice

Are you a friendly and organized individual who enjoys providing exceptional patient care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to join our thriving dental practice and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.

Position: Full-Time

Working Days:

5 days a week

Mon: 7am-3pm

Tues: 11am-7pm

Wed: 7am-3pm

Thurs:11am-7am

Fr: 7am-3pm

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment book.

Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients.

Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related queries.

Coordinate and manage patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.

Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns with empathy.

Handle financial transactions, including billing and payment processing.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.

Proficient in using dental practice management software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
