Driver Benefits:

  • Competitive pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.71 per mile based on experience
  • Weekly earnings from $1,263 to $1,902 dependent on experience, routes, attendance, and tenure
  • Additional compensation opportunities including tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and pay for over-dimensional loads.

COMPENSATED ORIENTATION

Join us for orientation at our Spokane, Washington office We cover airfare, provide a single-occupancy room, and offer breakfast and lunch. You’ll reach us on Monday and receive your truck by Saturday - a smooth process

PET AND GUEST RIDER POLICY

  • Pets are not permitted on the truck
  • Riders ages 7 and up are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Valid Class A driver's license (CDL-A)
  • REQUIRED: Minimum of 6 months of driving experience
  • REQUIRED: Safe driving record
  • REQUIRED: Must be 21 years or older
  • REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  • Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience, but not mandatory
  • REQUIRED: Background check
  • REQUIRED: Clean drug test
  • REQUIRED: Clean clearinghouse results
  • REQUIRED: Physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform, as this is part of the flatbed driver responsibilities.
