Your Role

We are seeking seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Consider this more than just a desk; it's your springboard. You will oversee the entirety of placements while fostering solid partnerships with clients. With some of the highest commission structures within the industry, your compensation will reflect the significant value you bring.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Full-Cycle Searches from client intake to successful placement.
  • Become a Trusted Client Partner, grasping their recruitment needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
  • Utilize Strategic Sourcing via our advanced CRM/ATS, your professional network, and tools available through our communication platform.
  • Leverage Our Comprehensive Platform to effectively manage candidates, track communications, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting value for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership as we establish our reputation - along with yours.

Your Profile
  • 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare sector, or a strong inclination to learn as our team provides coaching.
  • Expert at developing client relations and closing deals.
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM software (training will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit driven to build a sustainable future.
