This LPN role focuses on adult medicine.
Location: Las Vegas, NV
No weekends, nights, or holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document patient information, including vital signs, chief complaints, medication review, allergies, health risk screening, and extended care benefits eligibility.
- Perform clinical interventions such as administering medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by the healthcare provider, within your scope of practice.
- Assist with patient communications via phone calls and messages.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to determine effective actions and clarify responsibilities for patient care.
- Participate in monitoring patients with chronic conditions and extended care benefits, ensuring eligibility and service status are verified.
- Anticipate provider needs during patient exams or treatments in collaboration with Registered Nurses.
- Support RNs in coordinating and finalizing patient care plans.
- Assist colleagues with tasks as needed, including training Medical Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality control, maintenance of emergency equipment, and narcotic accountability.
- Gather necessary medical information for presenting cases as required.
- Take on additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or a temporary NV LPN license with the capability to obtain a permanent one upon expiration.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as an LPN.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Experience in immunizations and injections.
- Leadership or charge experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation is based on various factors like local labor markets, experience, education, and certifications. We offer an extensive benefits package, performance incentives, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions—subject to eligibility requirements. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour for full-time employment.
