Program Manager III, Selling Partner Experience Governance

Seattle, WA, United States Amazon Full time

We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead design and implementation of program infrastructure for Selling Partner Experience. In this role, you will partner with internal teams to deliver and interpret metrics that improve the experience of our 2M Selling partners worldwide. You'll identify opportunities for enhancement and collaborate with partner teams to implement meaningful changes to Seller applications.

Your expertise in data analysis and program management will be crucial as you work across teams to define and measure Efficiency, Adoption, Satisfaction and Effectiveness (EASE) for all Amazon-built Seller experiences. This position requires someone who can think strategically, execute with precision, and build strong partnerships across the organization to drive improvements that make a real difference for our global Selling partners.

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; have great bias for action; be deeply customer-centric; along with the ability to have a little bit of fun.

Key job responsibilities

- Partner with our Analytics team and cross-functional stakeholders to define, measure, and interpret metrics that evaluate Selling partner experiences across Efficiency, Adoption, Satisfaction and Effectiveness dimensions (EASE).

- Partner with internal teams to identify and implement program strategies to address opportunities for improvement in Seller applications.

- Improve Seller experiences by analyzing data patterns, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions that scale across multiple applications.

- Working with our Analytics team, create and maintain program health dashboards that balance protection efficacy with business impact, establishing clear success metrics to track progress and demonstrate results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams through effective communication strategies, ensuring alignment on goals and driving consensus on implementation priorities.

A day in the life

Your day begins with reviewing key metrics dashboards to understand the current state of Seller experiences across various applications. You'll analyze trends and identify potential areas for improvement, then collaborate with the Analytics team to dive deeper into specific data points. Throughout the day, you'll meet with partner teams who own different Seller applications to discuss findings, brainstorm solutions, and align on implementation strategies. You might spend time evaluating Seller applications directly, gathering insights that data alone doesn't reveal, and documenting recommendations for enhancing the experience.

About the team

The Selling Partner Experience EASE and Analytics Team works with partner teams to define metrics that measure Efficiency, Adoption, Satisfaction and Effectiveness (EASE) for all Amazon-built experiences for our 2 million Selling partners worldwide. We interpret data to identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with partner teams to implement changes that improve the Seller experience. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring Amazon remains the platform of choice for Sellers by continuously enhancing their ability to succeed.

Our vision is to create seamless, intuitive experiences that enable Sellers to efficiently manage their businesses and focus on growth rather than administrative tasks. We're passionate about using data to drive meaningful improvements and working collaboratively across the organization to implement changes that make a tangible difference for our global Seller community.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
