Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Implementation Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic operational solutions for new and existing enterprise clients, and coach a team of implementation and project managers, as well as Client Engagement teams to comply with business needs.

This person will manage various aspects of the implementation process, including business development, resource planning, project communications, training, on-boarding, and integration of HH Global operational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and continuously work to improve service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and delivery of assessments and implementation projects in the region
  • Provide program level leadership to manage the overarching delivery of global projects
  • Drive project management excellence and provide mentorship and leadership to more junior members of the team
  • Coaching of Client Engagement teams who are using the Implementation self-serve model
  • Provide strategic support in business development activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in key projects
  • Identify and understand client deliverables
  • Consult on procurement and production management to identify additional operational solutions and opportunities for the client
  • Define, design, and implement efficient operational solutions for new client account accounts
  • Develop and maintain in depth project plans based on the standardized templates and modify to include all project specifics by workstream in Smartsheet
  • Build process maps with Lucid chart to map current and future state processes
  • Create relevant project dashboards measuring progress in Smartsheet
  • Develop and maintain action logs, risk logs and RACI's as required
  • Support action accountability and completion by project aligned dates through collaboration with action owners
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (such as: Client Engagement, Strategic Sourcing, Operations, Technology, and Human Resources) to ensure a smooth transition
  • Identify, lead, and motivate a virtual team to support the successful delivery of all projects
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline business processes and procedures to improve overall workflow and client experience, feeding into the OBPs where appropriate
  • Create client facing internal resources and action point logs from meetings
  • Create clear and compelling presentations that demonstrate HH Global's value
  • Regularly report on achievements, reporting and escalating risks and issues to be managed as appropriate
  • Ensure a smooth transition from current state into business as usual (BAU) and provide support to the account team, where applicable until transition has been completed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for more junior members of the team
  • Continually develop knowledge and skills to maintain and improve personal performance and effectiveness in a changing environment travel to and work on-site in various client locations during key stages of implementation

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in a professional business environment
  • 8+ years of previous client facing and project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field desirable
  • Previous experience in team management, mentoring or coaching
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to interact with varying audiences and levels
  • Strong understanding and experience of managing multiple, complex internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful change management programs
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Willing to travel 50% of the time
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
  • Print or supply chain industry experience a plus
