building? Join our team as a Turf Products Category Sales Manager and help clients
achieve vibrant, healthy landscapes through science-backed solutions and exceptional
service.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for turf and ornamental clients, including golf
- courses, sports 铿乪lds, municipalities, and commercial properties.
- Provide expert guidance on product selection, application timing, and integrated
- pest management strategies.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct site visits, diagnose plant health issues, and recommend tailored
- solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and
- results.
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Senior Level - 5 Years or More Turf and Ornamental Agronomics Category Experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver鈥檚 license and willingness to travel within the market.
- Bonus: Certi铿乪d Crop Advisor (CCA), pesticide applicator license, or similar credentials.
