We are currently seeking a Medical Records.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collect, file, and manage resident medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in EMR systems.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Perform audits and generate reports on medical record quality and compliance.
- Support other departments with required medical documentation.
- Ensure records remain HIPAA-compliant and up-to-date.
