Are you passionate about helping people feel their best? StretchPlex is hiring motivated professionals to join our team of Body Coaches. Whether you’re a certified personal trainer, PTA, massage therapist, yoga or Pilates instructor—if you love working one-on-one with clients and helping them move better, we want to meet you.

What We Do

StretchPlex offers one-on-one assisted stretching, personal training, and compression therapy. We help active adults, athletes, and those recovering from injury regain flexibility, relieve pain, and feel amazing.

We’re different because we partner with licensed physical therapists to support clients of all ages and abilities with science-backed care. Our sessions are customized based on evaluations—not guesswork—and each visit is designed to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

As a StretchPlex Body Coach, you'll guide clients through safe, effective stretch sessions that make them feel better—physically and mentally.

You will:

Deliver personalized 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions

Provide training or compression therapy (if certified)

Encourage and motivate clients throughout their journey

Help schedule recurring visits & manage client notes

Track progress and renew memberships

Attend team meetings and ongoing education

Support studio tours, community outreach, and light sales

Help maintain equipment and a clean, welcoming space

Represent StretchPlex on social media (with our support)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Passion for wellness and helping others

Strong communication and people skills

Professional certification in personal training, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy—or a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or similar

Willingness to complete our Body Coach Training Program (online + hands-on)

Preferred:

Experience in a wellness or fitness setting

Empathy, drive, and a strong sense of responsibility
