Description

Fred Beans is immediately hiring a Deal Clerk to work within our Flemington Accounting Department

This is a full-time position, totaling 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available within the Accounting Office's regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Prior automotive Deal Clerk experience preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Process car deals
  • Pay off checks
  • Calculate sales commissions
  • Maintain sales commission sheets (Microsoft Excel)
  • Submit commissions for payment
  • Package deals
  • Maintain inventory schedules
  • Submit warranties for products sold
  • Calculate end of month settle-up and post bonuses

Requirements

What You'll Need
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment
  • Professional communication verbally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work extra hours during the beginning of each month (first 3 business days of each month with an occasional Saturday depending on the month)
  • Prior bookkeeping experience helpful but not required
