Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in the New Albany, IN area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-28/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career

Job Scope:

  • Perform Flux Core MIG welding on structural steel components

  • Assist with fitting, layout, and fabrication work

  • Read and interpret drawings/blueprints

  • Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Experience with Flux Core MIG welding

  • Structural steel welding experience

  • Ability to fit/fabricate accurately
