Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA - Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem, PRN

Join our team at Lady Lake Specialty Care Center as a Physical Therapist Assistant in our In-House Subacute Rehabilitation department. In this role, you'll assist in implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, strength, and independence under the guidance of licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities:

Implement therapy exercises and activities for patient recovery

  • Document patient progress and update care plans
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
  • Qualifications:

    Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current state licensure or certification as a PTA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
