In this role, you will:
- Maintain compliance to all aspects of Safety.
- Test, Troubleshoot, Disposition, and perform Root Cause Corrective Action on product from unit level down to component level on circuit card assemblies
- Create, maintain and improve work instructions (e.g., test plans, OSOPs)
- Collaborate with other Process Owners to meet test process efficiency and compliance goals collectively
- Comply with audits
- Play an active role in assisting the team to meet quality objectives
- Take part in quality investigations, including RCCA and 7-Steps, as determined by the QCE
- Provide direct feedback to build and design processes
- Define and troubleshoot tooling
- Eliminate bottlenecks
- Increase utilization of test equipment
- Reduce inventory and maximize turnaround time
- Take part in ongoing collaboration regarding best practices and strategies
- Identify and communicate training needs and skills gaps in the teams, carrying out training and coaching as necessary
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education
- Associate Degree with 4 years experience in Electrical or other Engineering Field
- Work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work 2nd, 3rd or Weekend Shift
- Effectively communicate to peers, supervisors and leaders
- Critical thinking
- Preferred: Bachelors degree with two years experience in Electrical or other Engineering Field
- Collaborate with other teams
- 2 years related work experience.
