Job Description Job Description Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the coordination and accuracy of our shipments. This role requires expertise in logistics and inventory control, with a focus on ensuring that all loads are precise and properly staged. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Load trucks with precision using a forklift, maintaining adherence to safety standards. Ensure all loads are accurate and bodies are properly staged for shipping. Manage shipping and receiving processes, focusing on logistics and inventory control. Utilize Bill of Ladings (BOL) to ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete. Essential Skills Forklift certification is required for loading and unloading trucks. Experience in logistics and shipping and receiving processes. Proficiency in handling Bill of Ladings (BOL). Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Shipping Lead is considered an advantage. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
