About the roleA leading valuation and advisory firm seeks a Vice President/Director in Business Valuation. The position is based in Chicago.
Primary Responsibilities- Collaborates with senior analysts to prepare and review quantitative valuation and related analytics
- Drafts expert reports, delivers presentations, and supports new client engagements
- Provides financial advisory services for transaction, taxation, and litigation purposes
- Cultivates client relationships to maintain and generate revenue
- Demonstrates thought leadership through publications and professional activities
- Serves as primary contact for major corporate and institutional clients
- 5-10+ years of experience preparing business valuation and expert witness reports
- 5+ years managing engagement workflow, directing staff, and interacting with clients
- Proven thought leadership and experience in accounting and management due diligence
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Strong analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills
- Holds one or more of the following credentials: CPA, ABV, CFA, CBA, CVA, ASA
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics required
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
