Job Description:

SAP Partner - Responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, driving business growth and realizing business plan with multiple customers. Align with customer priorities driving digital transformation in Utility sector IT solutions and services with SAP and Leading ERP solutions. Direct oversight for customer facing delivery unit, working closely with offshore/nearshore teams ensure overall success of the engagements. Also includes customer facing at Sr. Director / VP /CxO level in respective customer Business and IT organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Project Oversight & Delivery Assurance
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and resolve escalations
  • Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
Business Development & Growth
  • Opportunity mining within existing accounts in Utility industry
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Align solutions and services with client needs to drive revenue growth
  • Leverage industry insights to expand service offerings
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Work closely with delivery teams, subject matter experts, and consultants
  • Mentor and guide project managers, consultants, and junior team members
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Financial & Risk Management
  • Manage project budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance requirements. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence - Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Provide insights on market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, whitepapers, and case studies
Key Skills/Knowledge

Experience Required
  • 12-20 years of extensive experience with SAP lead business transformation in Utility industry.
  • Professional Certifications in PMI, SAP Activate, S4 HANA, AWS/Azure Cloud, and / or a Business Management Qualification is a plus.


Salary Range : $168,400-$221,200 a year
