Your Role: In this exciting position, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers find what they need. This includes:

  • Building eye-catching displays and end caps.
  • Resetting shelves and rotating products for optimal freshness and sales.
  • Tracking inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize their sales potential.

Additionally, you will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. This is your chance to play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail.

About You:

  • You enjoy engaging with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can handle physical tasks that include moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to your work location.
  • You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
  • You have experience in leading and training team members.
  • You can efficiently use your smartphone or tablet to log your work after each shift.
  • You demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for results.
  • You can work independently and excel in team-building environments.
  • You prioritize safety in a retail setting.
