Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a premier financial services provider, delivering innovative solutions to clients across the United States. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Funding Specialist to join our expanding team.

Essential Functions:

  • Process incoming loan packages from Direct Borrowers, Manufactured Home Dealers, and Brokers.
  • Monitor all incoming loan documentation requests.
  • Ensure all underwriting conditions are cleared for document preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and escrow agents to gather additional items needed.
  • Verify consistency of home address across appraisal, title, and loan tracking systems.
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry into the loan tracking system.
  • Order flood and tax certificates from third-party vendors.
  • Request new home appraisals as needed.
  • Efficiently process contract orders while reviewing tax and flood certificates.
  • Confirm loan information, accurately prepare compliance documents, and coordinate signatures.
  • Review, verify, and assemble conditions while collaborating closely with brokers, dealers, and underwriters.
  • Under the guidance of the Team Lead, manage the timely processing of funding conditions to dealers, brokers, and borrowers.
  • Ensure that final loan packages meet end lender criteria before submission.
  • Make necessary corrections for redirected loans and maintain accurate accounting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dealers, Brokers, Borrowers, Underwriters, Insurance Agents, and Lenders regarding submitted files.
  • Track conditions and monitor loan expirations diligently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Uphold compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in loan processing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience in client relationships and customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Encompass is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Skill in multitasking within a high-stress environment.
  • Capability to work independently, successfully completing tasks following given instructions and established practices.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation details: $25.01 Hourly Wage
