About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive at vLex drives the adoption of our legal AI solutions across top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments. This high-impact role combines strategic relationship building with technical expertise to expand our market presence in the legal technology space. As a trusted advisor to senior legal stakeholders, you'll lead complex sales cycles for our flagship products while contributing to vLex's rapid growth. This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about transformative legal technology and thrive in a high-autonomy environment with significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a named account list, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across law firms and corporate legal departments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing teams to shape messaging and ensure client success.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our sales playbook by documenting effective strategies and sharing insights from customer interactions.
  • Represent vLex at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership and visibility in the legal tech market.
  • Provide valuable client feedback to product teams to help guide roadmap priorities and product development.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (JD or legal background a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven track record exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in legal technology or enterprise software.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate product features into tangible customer value.
  • High proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior legal stakeholders.
