Century Group's client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to lead the evolution of our FP&A function. In this role, you will play a key part in financial reporting to management and the Board of Directors, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial reporting, planning, and forecast processes.
  • Perform total company consolidation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with segments/business units and corporate functions.
  • Implement process and reporting efficiencies.
  • Eliminate non-value-added work and streamline processes.
  • Resolve problems at their root cause.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing business priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, simplifying complex analysis.
  • Collaborative team player with relationship skills.
Experience:
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Practical finance and accounting experience.
