Coastal Home Rehabilitation, a therapist-owned practice specializing in geriatric care, invites dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. We're seeking highly motivated individuals who thrive in an autonomous setting, providing exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the patient’s speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and communication goals.

Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices.

Educate patients and their families on communication strategies, speech exercises, and techniques for safe swallowing.

Document patient progress and communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
