This role involves performing the physical or administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items.
- Lifting heavy items and possibly operating a forklift.
- Preparing and maintaining records of merchandise shipped, posting weights and shipping charges, and preparing goods for final shipment.
- Examining, stocking, and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Preparing kitting packages for assembly production.
Daily interaction with peers and internal customers is expected to exchange or present factual information. The role involves routine assignments with limited judgment and decision-making. You will receive predetermined assignments subject to a moderate level of control and review, along with detailed instructions on all work.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required, as we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
No previous related experience is required. You will acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
