Duties

- Bill out and post new and used car deals

- Maintain a heat sheet for CIT, Money due and problem deals

- Perform various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable: Process customer payments, prepare and send invoices, and resolve payment discrepancies
- Bank reconciliation: Match transactions and balances between bank statements and company records
- General ledger reconciliation: Ensure accuracy of financial data by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Balance sheet reconciliation: Review and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Financial auditing: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support
- Utilize accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards (e.g., SOX compliance)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting

Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Previous experience in accounting or related field

-Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation is a plus
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes is preferred
- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus
