Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Role Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Lead with 10+ years of experience to own our test automation strategy and lead our quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through robust automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA team and define the overall test strategy and automation roadmap.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI and API using Selenium and Java.
  • Design and execute comprehensive API testing strategies.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in an AWS environment.
  • Mentor QA engineers and champion quality best practices across Agile teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of QA experience, including 4+ years in a lead role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java for test automation.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and API testing (e.g., RestAssured).
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
