Position Summary
The AdministrativeReceptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company while providing essential administrative support across all departments. This role manages Administrative Department communications, coordinates purchase orders, assists with vendor relations, processes invoices, and provides daily clerical and operational support to both the Administrative Department and Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Create, enter, and manage purchase orders until confirmed.
• Print and prepare monthly invoices for payment.
• Assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.
• Compile and track customer feedback reports.
• Process and manage claims and orders efficiently.
• Perform scanning, filing, and document organization.
• Handle data entry and distribute mail.
• Reconcile invoices and assist with expense tracking.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments.
• Assist the Department Manager and team members with special projects.
