We are currently seeking a Senior Okta IAM Developer & Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is REMOTE, but you must be located in Texas.

In this exciting position, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to facilitate our organization's IAM initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements, create effective solutions, and provide continuous support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Okta IAM solutions to support our CIAM initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Implement and configure Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization.
• Create and maintain custom integrations with third-party applications using Okta APIs and SDKs.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Okta IAM solutions to meet required standards.
• Document processes, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
• Provide ongoing support for Okta IAM solutions and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Okta IAM and CIAM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing Okta IAM solutions for CIAM initiatives.
• Experience with Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or .NET.
• Proficient in REST APIs, SDKs, and web services.
• Familiar with Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication and authorization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Hold Okta certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Developer, or Okta Certified Consultant.

Compensation: The starting hourly range for this remote role is $87.50/hour. This range reflects minimum and maximum compensation across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
